I’m Hafiz Noor Shams, the owner of this blog.
An economist by profession with some years of experience, I’ve worked or had professional involvement in financial services, media, government and think tanks.
I was previously a columnist at The Malaysian Insider, Malay Mail, The Sun and Selangor Times. I’ve also written for the Financial Times. In my much, much younger days, I wrote for ReMag, The Cicak, Bolehland, Metroblogging and Asia’s Perfect Ten.
