This makes sense given that music is a form of social networking and the relevant networks are primarily local.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>There is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2007\/02\/22\/business\/22scene.html?ex=1329800400&amp;en=e7c4e56b6513f67a&amp;ei=5090&amp;partner=rssuserland&amp;emc=rss\" target=\"_blank\">an article discussing the same subject<\/a> on the NYT written by the author of Marginal Revolution.<\/p>\n<p>I skimmed through the paper for regression analysis and I found this on page 15:<\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/maddruid.com\/Graphics\/regressionLizardGlobalizationCulture.png?ssl=1\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"Omar Lizardo.
